REFUND POLICY

At Spacebar, we comply fully with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thespacebar.shop within this period. After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, such as custom-built PCs or software that has been unsealed after delivery. If the returned product is found to be used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon delivery. For any issues, please contact us directly to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
