Do you ship across the EU?

Yes, we offer shipping to all EU countries. Delivery times vary by location but typically takes 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping insured?

All shipments are insured for the full value of your order. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?

You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For custom PCs, a restocking fee may apply. Contact us before returning any product to ensure eligibility.
What warranty do you provide for your products?

All products come with a 24-month warranty for consumers and 12 months for business purchases, in accordance with EU regulations, unless manufacturer provides a longer warranty period (for example, some PSUs)
How do I request a warranty repair or replacement?

If you experience a hardware issue, contact our support team through the chat window, email or phone call, with your order details and a description of the problem. We’ll guide you through the warranty process, including return instructions if needed.
Can I customize every part of my PC build?

Yes! At Spacebar, you can fully customize your custom PC by expressing your wants for components such as CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and more. We are open for modding the components (that does void the warranty), building custom water cooling loops, engraving glass with laser and other options.
How long does it take to build and test a custom PC?

Custom PC orders are usually built, tested, and ready to ship within 5-10 business days. If you want the PC ready within 1-2 days, some components might be not available (rarer models, custom water cooling loops, etc.). If you want specific components, the process might take up to 20 business days if the component needs to be ordered from other regions.
